Multilingual Interface

The Mago4 user interface can be displayed in multiple languages*. The available dictionaries are freely installable, and the language can also be set at individual user level. The same system can therefore be used in a globalised company.
The multilingual management is also available for external access through Internet, in this way it is easy to share information with customers and partners abroad.

Multilingual Data

Mago4 allows you to manage descriptions of many data* in several languages.
Descriptions of articles, accounting accounts, payment terms, transport, etc. can be given in one or more alternative languages of your choice. You can use these descriptions while editing or printing documents for foreign partners (e.g. orders, invoices, statements of account, but also balance sheets and accounting statements).

Multi-currency Management

No more problems related to the use of different currencies and currencies. With Mago4 you can define the exchange ratios between currencies, with variable exchange rates per date on a single day or several exchange rates on the same day. Define a sales exchange rate different from the one of purchase.
Each document can be expressed in a different currency and assigned to a fixing, even manually modified (exchange rate negotiation). On the document currency are, if necessary, converted all prices, amounts etc. from other archives.
Foreign currency lists are also managed. The reference to the currency is guaranteed for the entire life cycle of the document. Upon payment the program will be able to automatically calculate the active or passive exchange rate difference and account for it.
Foreign currency accounts can be defined (e.g. to manage a current account or a cash account in another currency). it is then possible to automatically reconcile receivables and items in other currencies at the end of the year for the closing of the financial statements.

International Localizations

Mago4 manages the tax regulations and customs of various countries**.
In a transparent way for the user: the location is activated during installation by selecting the country for which the product is intended to be used.
For example, for the Romanian or Polish configuration, Correction Documents will be used instead of Credit Notes, Intrastat file tracks or VAT payment will be adapted to local regulations, etc.
The current regulation has no relation to the language used by the user interface.
It is in fact possible to use the program in Romanian configuration with the Italian language interface. it is very useful for companies with offices or production sites abroad, allowing an easier remote monitoring of information systems.
